Quotations are due by March 21, 2025. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically in Portable Document Format (PDF) to ContractsOttawa@state.gov. Subject of your email must include the following reference:
“Quotation for RFQ #19CA5225Q0014 – Residential Plaster Ceiling Repairs. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1442
2. Section A, Pricing
3. Section L Representations and Certifications
4. Additional information as required in Section J
5. Proof of SAM Registration (only if cost is equal to or greater than $30,000.00 USD
