DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) is undertaking a digital transformation initiative powered by the ServiceNow enterprise solution. As part of this strategic direction, UTSC aims to implement Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) within ServiceNow to optimize workflows for teams engaged in IT Governance and Project Delivery.
To achieve this, UTSC seeks a qualified supplier to

Assess the current state maturity level for IT Project Delivery processes at UTSC. IT Governance processes will largely remain unchanged.
Propose and document all future state processes for IT Governance & IT Project Delivery at UTSC.
Configure the ServiceNow SPM solution for approved future state processes related to IT Governance.
Propose and document SPM adoption roadmap and change management plan.
Conduct Functional and Technical Knowledge Transfer for ServiceNow SPM related to all in-scope configuration.
