AHMA, the Owner, Client, and Prime Consultant will not be held responsible for any submissions delivered to locations other than the designated email address provided for submission.

Amendment of Bids
Bidders may amend their bids prior to the Submission Deadline by the same method as prescribed for submitting bids. Any amendment should clearly indicate which part of the bid the amendment is intended to replace. Bidders will not have further opportunity to clarify bids following the ITT Submission Deadline.

Withdrawal of Bids
Bidders may withdraw their bids prior to the Submission Deadline by the same method as prescribed for submitting bids.
