ICTC is seeking a marketing agency to lead the development and execution of a competitive positioning and integrated marketing campaign for its services to SMEs, emphasizing its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Digital program and conveying ICTC's broader value proposition to Canadian SMEs.
The Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) is a neutral, not-for-profit national center of expertise with the mission of strengthening Canada's digital advantage in the global economy. For over 30 years, ICTC has delivered forward-looking research, practical policy advice, and capacity-building solutions for individuals and businesses. The organization’s goal is to ensure that technology is utilized to drive economic growth and innovation and that Canada's workforce remains competitive on a global scale.
The objective of this initiative is to execute an integrated marketing campaign for ICTC’s services to SMEs, highlighting its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Digital program and conveying the larger value proposition of ICTC to Canadian SMEs; achieve over 3,500 secured SME business leads for the program by September 2025; grow ICTC’s brand visibility among SMEs.
Our goals are to:
- Build a strong pipeline of SMEs participating in the WIL Digital program by September 2025 to demonstrate the strength and reach of ICTC’s value program and service offerings.
- Position ICTC as a leading national organization that:
- Supports SMEs to grow and innovate with skilled talent.
- Enhances the job readiness of students through paid work experiences, skills development, and job connections to employers.
- Is building Canada’s future-ready digital economy workforce.
- Has reach, networks and scale across all Provinces.
- Frame a unique value proposition to each Province, as well as a pan-Canadian value proposition.
- Build ICTC’s brand visibility among SMEs.
- Execute a clear, compelling, sophisticated and visually striking integrated marketing campaign that achieves these goals.
