Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the Tender Package.
Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents fromthe Building Connected platform.

Site Visit
A mandatory site visit has been scheduled on May 15, 2025, at 8:00 EST at the following location: 14 Metcalfe Street. If identified as mandatory, non-attendance will result in bidder disqualification. Please confirm the names and dates of birth of the people attending the site visit by e-mail to Chantal Demers chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca before May 13, 2025, at 10:00 EST. Site visit attendees will require construction PPE (hard had, safety glasses, hi-viz vest, safety boots). Additional site visits may be scheduled at Pomerleau’s discretion.
A formal site visit has been schedule as noted above. The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and hereby certifies that he/she has visited the above site and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender.
