Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions (SMFC or Client, as the case may be) is currently a tenant in 49
Pine Street, Bracebridge, ON occupying over 5,000 rentable square feet of office space
(SMFC has a lease which is due to expire December 31, 2021 and is renewable on a month to month basis thereafter). As a non-profit, SMFC is committed to a transparent process in the selection of an Architectural Firm (Vendor), with the intention to design and construct the optimal building solution for SMFC’s long term needs, while ensuring an optimal financial and operational outcome. To that end, a candidate Vendor who wishes to submit a proposal is asked to submit its proposal based upon the outline set forth herein.
The desired outcome will need to accommodate SMFC’s Muskoka Team in approximately 8,000 – 10,000 square feet of building area with extensive parking (ideally 5 per 1,000square feet) at our building lot site at 137 Pine Street, Bracebridge.
