The City of North Vancouver (“CNV”) is seeking responses to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for a procurement software solution that will assist in managing processes primarily for the following functional areas;

• Prepare solicitation documents, Competitive Bid Drafting, issuing, hosting and notification
• Publicly posting and distributing procurement documents
• Monitor bidders downloading documents
• Receive electronic bids
• Vendor Management and Vendor submission
• RFx Evaluation and Corporate Reporting
• Contract Cataloguing, Contract Awards and Contract Renewals
• Reporting, searchable data
• Automated email reminders
