RGANIZATIONAL ASSESMENT - Request for Proposals ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESMENT

The Regional District Central Kootenay (the “Regional District”) welcomes proposals for professional consulting services to conduct an organizational assessment of the Regional District’s organizational and reporting structure. The assessment will take place in 2025 and requires the consultant to collect and analyze relevant data and provide recommendations. This assessment will include a purpose-driven facilitated meeting with Directors and Senior level management staff as well as direct one-on-one meetings with Senior Management and select functional managers.

This is a Phase 1 review, with a high-level organizational review, providing an overview of the organization’s senior management structure, key cross-functional processes, and decision-making frameworks. This phase will deliver current state mapping and high-level recommendations, including broad reporting and alignment at the senior management level, to improve organizational alignment, efficiency, and cost effectiveness/resource optimization. This will also provide a roadmap for a potential Phase 2 deep dive to explore detailed design and implementation opportunities. Phase 2 is out of scope for this initial review.
