Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Flooring Replacement – Multi-Purpose Hall at Cowichan Community Centre, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The CVRD is seeking proposals from qualified firms to supply and install a new sports flooring within the Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH) at the Cowichan Community Centre located at 2687 James Street in Duncan, BC. The scope includes, but not limited to, removal and disposal of existing floor, supply and delivery of materials, installation, labour, and equipment necessary for the Multi-Purpose Hall floor replacement.

The Non-mandatory Site Visit (the “Meeting”) will take place on April 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the arena entrance on the east side of the Cowichan Community Centre located at 2687 James Street in Duncan
