Description

The Centre for Education is the head office of the Edmonton Public School Division. The building was constructed in the early 1980's, and naturally with its age, some of its building envelope components have deteriorated. As a result, the building has encountered some water infiltration through its substructure and superstructure. The intent with this project is to restore the failing building envelope components within the roof system, underground parkade structure, and exterior walking plaza.

This RFSQ is to shortlist a group of prospective general contractors that demonstrates to the Division they have the expertise and capacity to manage a varying range of scope within an aggressive / tight timeline, while displaying the diplomacy to manage and succeed working in an occupied building with complex working requirements.
