Description

The Board invites Proposals from fully qualified Consultants or Service Providers with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for the provision of professional services for commissioning of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and hydronic (heating and cooling) systems, for the seismic replacement of Moody Elementary School. The project is currently at 60% of the construction phase.

Moody Elementary Seismic Replacement project qualifications is Stage 1 of the evaluation. In addition, the intention is to pre-qualify proponents and form a contact listing for future opportunities to provide commissioning services for projects of a similar scope and size to this project. Future opportunities to provide commissioning services for projects may be offered to successful proponents added to the contact listing going forward.
