Description

Under the Highway Traffic Act (Ontario), Commercial Vehicles found to be operating in Ontario with a Critical Defect will be impounded and the Owner of the vehicle will be charged.
The Successful Bidder will be responsible for removing the Critically Defective vehicle from the Truck Inspection Station to the Successful Bidders impound yard storing the vehicle for the period of time specified in the Notice of Impoundment from the Registrar and releasing the vehicle at the specified end date. The Ministry requires these services at the Truck Inspection Stations at the locations listed below:
Putnam North TIS, Putnam South TIS, Vineland TIS, Lancaster TIS, Casselman TIS, Thunder Bay East TIS Wasi North TIS, Wasi South TIS and North Bay West TIS .
