Description

Provide new, complete, operational, and tested mechanical systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and controls systems as described herein, indicated on the drawings and in conformance with applicable codes and standards.
Electrical power supply to mechanical equipment. Removal and re-installation or replacement of miscellaneous electrical devices, as required to facilitate the project work. Building electrical service upgrade.
Civil work generally includes excavation, backfilling, etc. in support of the building electrical service upgrade.
