Notice is hereby given by the Corporation of the City of Penticton (the “City”) of the intent toaward the circuit breaker upgrade (Schneider Electric Masterpact) at the City’s Advanced Waste Water Treatment Plant to Guillevin International Co. located at 1898 Spall Rd, Kelowna (the“Supplier”), in the amount of $242,314.12 (excluding GST).
