Description

RFB for the services of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to complete the implementation of a Safety Management System (SMS) for the ministry’s nine (9) marine vessels to ensure compliance with Transport Canada’s newly implemented Marine Safety Management System Regulations (MSMSR).
