Medicine Hat College (MHC) invites qualified proponents to submit a proposal for a standing offer related to the provision of Civil Engineer Consulting Services

The intent of request is to secure Civil Engineer Consulting Services for Medicine Hat College via a standing offer agreement. This standing offer agreement will be valid for a three (3) year term with the option to renewal for a two (2) year term.
