The Town is seeking information from qualified vendors for IT project resource augmentation, acting as an extension of our core IT department on an ad hoc basis to create a technology solutions architecture that aligns with our long-term strategic business goals in the areas of business, data architecture, application, technology, and security. This RFI is intended to gather details on capabilities, pricing models, service offerings, and engagement approaches to support our dynamic IT resource needs. Key architecture projects include, but not limited to: 1. Multi-stage Data-Driven Emerging Technology Investment Roadmaps - Developing an emerging Business Technology (i.e.: AI, RPA, BI, Data Integration, and Automation) and next-gen IT roadmap. For example, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Co-Pilot, as well as the IT capability to support, in conjunction with the internal business working group Transformation Committee. 2. Rightsized Master Data Management - Developing a rightsized master data management roadmap (org. under 300 employees), reduce data silos, create flexible enterprise messaging bus and data integration platform plan, data disaster recovery plan, and user-friendly record management, to support effective business operations. 3. User Experience (UX) Focused IT Evergreening - Enhancing current user experience focused evergreening approach on core technology infrastructure, including hybrid cloud migration, server, network, and mobile device consolidation. Strengthening business continuity and recovery ability aligning with the current incident response plan target. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Town to gather general information about products and services currently available in the marketplace. No commitment exists under this RFI, and no award will be granted. This opportunity is published solely for the purpose of collecting market information on existing products and services, which will help the Town decide its best course of action. This RFI may also assist the Town in gathering information in support of a potential subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) document. A high-level overview of the scope of work has been provided to the proponents so they can offer the Town more detailed information about their products and services.
