PWGSC, on behalf of National Defense, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) ) for a snow removal and de-icing service for doors, accesses and sidewalks for the St-Jean Garrison (military base) located in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
