Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 18, 2025 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.NPP
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), working on behalf of Global Affairs Canada (GAC), requires Design and Production of a Natural Wood Veneer Custom-Made Modular Conference Table for the Summits Management Office to add new capabilities to its inventory and to be used for the first time in June 2025 at an event to be held in Kananaskis, Alberta, as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must be compliant with all requirements specified in the Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria to consider the bid compliant. The proposed Contract is from contract award to June 25, 2025.
