The work includes an interior renovation of approximately 530m² in Evolv1, a 10,000sf LEED Platinum Candidate building at University of Waterloo Technology Park. The renovations will generally include architectural partitions, mechanical, electrical and interior finishes, and furnishing.
The Work is identified as uWaterloo Work Request No. 41283, also known as Project No.17050, as prepared by the Consultant, ThinkForm.
General Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $1 M in construction value (excl HST). General contractors to provide a completed CCDC 11 –2016 form listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope. Bidders shall provide a WSIB CAD 7 certificate indicating injury statistics for the last 5 years. References and Health and Safety Program details will be requested from the shortlisted bidders.
