The Pembina Trails School Division will be accepting Request for Proposals for the Mechanical Systems Replacement at Ecole R.H.G. Bonnycastle School, 1100 Chancellor Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Consultant is administering this RFP process on behalf of the Owner. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

Important dates are as follows:
Pre-Bid Site Visit Wednesday March 26th, 2025, at 10:00 am
Submission Deadline Wednesday April 9th, 2025, at 2:00 pm

Drawings, Specifications, and addenda will be available in electronic format online only, at the following sources:

2. Winnipeg Construction Association www.winnipegconstruction.ca

Proposals must be submitted through MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System, the electronic tendering systems used by the Owner. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
