Civil construction works related to surface, water, wastewater, and storm water infrastructure within the City of Kenora boundaries at the following locations:

Ninth Street North from Mellick Avenue to Scramble Avenue: Surface, Water, Sanitary Sewer, Sanitary Force Main, and Storm Sewer works – approximately 210 metres;
Mellick Avenue from 9th Street North to 10th Street North: Surface, Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer works – approximately 165 metres
