Description

The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified respondents to supply and deliver bus shelters and components (the “Goods”), as described in the Annex A - SPECIFICATIONS, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.

There are two components to this Request for Standing Offer:

Supply and deliver bus shelters and components in accordance with the specifications outlined in Price Schedule “A”. See attached in MERX.
Supply and deliver spare parts, for the bus shelters and components, to repair damaged or vandalized shelters, as required, in accordance with the specifications outlined in Price Schedule “B”. See attached in MERX.
