REQUIREMENT:
To supply and deliver Traffic Light Components and Associated Parts, on an as and when requested basis in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of RFT No. 15225-55088-T01.
This RFT is available from the MERX Distribution Unit (telephone: 1-800-964-6379) or for download on the Internet at www.merx.com. MERX is the official and sole distributor of this RFT and any issued addenda. The MERX online system is also the official and sole bid submission platform. Bidders are advised to contact MERX directly for electronic bid submission assistance. If a bidder obtains this RFT by any means other than through MERX, ensuring the accuracy of the RFT and the receipt of any addenda is the sole responsibility of the bidder. It is the responsibility of the bidder to regularly check www.merx.com for any addenda that may be issued prior to the Tender Closing Date.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The period of contract shall commence on the date of issuance of a Letter of Award and shall end on 28 February 2026. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for up to four (4) 1-year terms, or portions thereof, subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor.
