REQUIREMENT:
The City of Ottawa has a requirement for qualified contractors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for the provision of Tree Stump Removal and Site Reinstatement Services at various locations within the City on an as and when requested basis in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of Request for Standing Offer 15225-96888-S01.
PROPOSED PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
The proposed period of this standing offer is for the 2025 season, from approximately 01 April to 31 December, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional seasons.

The Administrative Authority will provide answers to inquiries to all Offerors by written addenda throughout the question-and-answer period without naming the source of the inquiry. Should the MERX system not accept the inquiry, offerors may contact the Administrative Authority by email. Offerors should include the solicitation number in the subject line.
