MAR20241126 - CAMPAIGN MANAGER 360 AND DISPLAY & VIDEO 360

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY PAYING ATTENTION TO ALL REQUIREMENTS AND DATES.

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Proposals (“RFP) for an authorized Google reseller for the acquisition and implementation of Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Display & Video 360 (DV360) licenses for Radio-Canada's Marketing & Communications and Media Solutions departments.

An Agreement resulting from this RFX may potentially be for two (2) years with three (3) irrevocable option(s) to extend for one (1) year period(s).

1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:

The mandate includes the supply, implementation and configuration of CM360 and DV360 licenses to enable Radio-Canada to internalize its advertising purchases.

2.  MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
This RFP is open only to Proponents who meet each of the following mandatory requirements.
Supplier must provide concise responses (in Appendix A) to all requirements while limiting the length of each response. Indicating “Compliant” is not a complete answer and further detail is required to support the claim that the Proponent currently meets each of the requirements.

1. The bidder must be an authorized Google reseller for Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Display & Video 360 (DV360) in Canada.

2. Interfaces, communications, technical support and training MUST be available in French & English. The service proposal may be submitted in French or English.

3. Guarantee the configuration and operationalization of the Radio-Canada instance in the tools as of the first quarter of 2025 so as to ensure fully operational licenses as of April 1, 2025. The transition must be carried out in such a way as to minimize disruption to advertising campaigns and ensure continuity of operations.



4. The bidder must demonstrate proven previous experience in implementing and managing these tools.


5. Be able to offer reactive assistance according to the technical issues raised by the team: rapid response in less than 24 hours for critical incidents

1. Determine your eligibility to participate based on the description/objective statement for the RFP.

4. COMMUNICATION WITH CBC/RADIO-CANADA

1. Any contact with CBC/Radio-Canada prior to obtaining the RFP documentation must be undertaken by e-mail only, addressed to the CBC/Radio-Canada Representative, whose co-ordinates appear below.  All e-mails pertaining to this RFP must state the RFP reference number (RFP # MAR20241126) in the “Subject” of the e-mail.

2. Once the tender documents have been obtained, Proponents may have queries, require further information or clarification, or discover certain omissions or ambiguities in the RFP documents.  If so, or if there is any doubt about the meaning of any part of this RFP, must submit their questions through MERX no later than the date specified in PART I: INTRODUCTION, Table 1: Critical Dates in the RFP Process of the main document.
