Description

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Communication - Voice / Data Cabling for the new Dundas Manor LTC building. Occupancy is scheduled in January 2026

The services and deliverables described in the RFP will commence at time of award and will last one year. The purpose of the RFP is to describe the requirements of the engagement to potential services providers. Responses to this RFP will be accepted up to the date specified in accordance with the instructions and terms contained herein.
To be clear, and notwithstanding any other terms of this RFP that may be interpreted otherwise, this RFP is merely a call for proposals and not a tender call intending to place legally binding obligations on Rural Health Innovations Inc. or on any vendor, to enter into a definitive agreement or be bound by any of its terms. It is not the intention of Rural Health Innovations Inc. to enter into a contract for the services and deliverables described in this RFP or enter into other legally binding obligations unless and until Rural Health Innovations Inc. has completed the negotiation and finalization of a definitive agreement satisfactory to all parties, if any.
