DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for [Leadership Retreats for Rotman MBA Programs.]
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term of three years. The Initial Term may be renewed, in the University’s sole discretion, for up to two additional one-year terms following expiry of the Initial Term or a Renewal Term.
