Description

The Work of this Contract designated Public Washroom Cleaning consists of planned and unplanned cleanings of the public washrooms in 11 specified subway stations during Service and Non-Operating hours. The Work will be carried out seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Work includes specific cleanings at 90-minute intervals (for both male and female public washrooms) and cleaning of tiled and terrazzo floors, walls, doors, ceilings and stalls, cleaning and maintaining fixtures, toilets, dispensers, waste units and reporting burnt out lighting.
