Description

TSSA delivers annual Projects for Strategic Initiatives that often require updates to its CRM and Power Platform Portal. For FY26, the in-house team will focus on sustaining the existing CRM environment, necessitating additional developer resources to meet project demands. To address this, TSSA is issuing an RFP to secure a vendor partner capable of providing flexible and scalable expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related integrations. The objective is to maintain project timelines and deliverables by augmenting the internal team with consultants skilled in configuration, customization, technical architecture, and project management, ensuring the successful execution of Strategic Initiatives.
