Description

Scope of Services
The selected firm will:

Conduct an annual consolidated financial statement audit, expressing an opinion in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
Audit/compile/review related NCN entities (Addendum of full list available upon request).
Provide a management letter identifying any weaknesses in internal controls and recommendations for improvement.
Attend Council and committee meetings to present findings, if requested.
Keep NCN informed of changes in PSAS and ISC reporting requirements.
