CNO is seeking a vendor who will bring governance expertise, innovative thinking, and leading practices to support our Council evaluation. The vendor will develop and implement a plan to assess effectiveness of Council (how the Council works as a unit). The purpose of the evaluation is to maintain and improve Council’s governance effectiveness in leading CNO to meet its public protection mandate. The findings of the evaluation will be used to:

identify improvements that align with Council’s purpose and role description
inform future Council orientation, learning and development needs
