Description

The project involves interior alterations within two Passenger Transfer Facility (PTF) buildings: the Mainland PTF, comprising approximately 3,300 sq ft on each of the main and second floors, and the Island PTF, covering approximately 1,600 sq ft. The scope includes the demolition of existing partition walls and the construction of new office spaces, washrooms, and servery areas.
The work is organized into two primary phases:

Phase 1: Interior renovations at the Island PTF
Phase 2: Renovations at the Mainland PTF, which will be executed in two sub-phases to minimize disruption to airport operations.
