211752 - Selection of Housing Operator for 488 Broughton Street

The City of Vancouver ("City") is seeking a housing operator, or operator partnership of two or more (“Operator”), that is licensed to provide real estate services under the British Columbia Real Estate Services Act and has extensive experience in residential property management to manage its social housing project located at 488 Broughton Street (the “Project”).

Proponents are invited to attend a project information meeting (the “ Information Meeting”) on May  1, 2025, commencing at 2:00 PM. The location of the Information Meeting will be virtual and used on the Microsoft Teams platform. Proponents may access the meeting using the following instructions:

Proponents are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting their attendees’ names, titles and contact information using the Q&A Board on the Supplier Portal prior to 9:00 AM May 1, 2025.

Attendance at the Information Meeting will be at the discretion of Proponents, but Proponents who do not attend will be deemed to have received all the information made available to attendees
