Q. 3.2 Exterior Switch backlighting....Can you give us a example?
A. This refers to illuminated exterior switches, such as those for lights or auxiliary functions, to improve visibility in low-light conditions.

This could include demonstrations of equipment, simulators, virtual training spaces, or equipment attachments.
Please outline how you would accommodate such tours and whether any costs would be associated.
Q. 8.9 Co-Branding Offers on equipment and mobile training units...please clarify?
A. Vendors are encouraged to indicate whether you are interested in pursuing a cobranding opportunity and to include detailed proposals with your submission. Proposals should outline the specific contributions, scope, and terms for consideration.
Cobranding Expectations and Opportunities
We recognize the potential value of cobranding and are open to discussing opportunities that align with our branding strategy. Vendors should consider the following points regarding cobranding on the equipment and the mobile training unit:
1. General Branding Guidelines:
o Unless a formal cobranding agreement is in place, vendors are not permitted to apply logos, identifiable branding, or any information to the purchased equipment, beyond the standard branding of the equipment manufacturer.
o CCNB reserves the right to apply its own branding (logo and information) to the purchased equipment and mobile training unit.
2. Cobranding Opportunities:
o Vendors interested in cobranding are invited to include a proposal in their submission, specifying:
# The financial contribution they are willing to provide to support cobranding efforts.
# Whether this contribution applies to a single piece of equipment, a bundle of four pieces of equipment, or extends to the mobile training unit.
# The scope of the cobranding (e.g., logo placement, size, and visibility).
3. Evaluation of Cobranding Proposals:
o Cobranding proposals will be evaluated as part of the overall submission, with consideration given to:
# The financial contribution offered by the vendor.
# Alignment with CCNB's branding and organizational values.
# The extent and appropriateness of the proposed cobranding effort.
4. Final Agreement and Approval:
o Any cobranding agreement will be subject to a written and signed approval by CCNB.
o The approved cobranding must meet CCNB's branding standards and cannot interfere with the primary purpose or functionality of the equipment or mobile unit.
