TOURISM DEVELOPMENT - SPACE FOR RENT
ABOITEAU BEACH CENTRE, CAP-PEL , NB

The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie is seeking proposals for space available for rent at the Aboiteau Beach Centre, located at 150 Parc Lane, Cap-Pel , NB.

Proposals will only be accepted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the contents, until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

The proposals must be submitted in person at the following address:

The proposal document will be available on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, the Cap-Acadie website, and at Cap-Acadie Town Hall during business hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for this project.
