Description

The construction involves re-roofing of two roof areas on the SE 06 building with new insulated roof assemblies to meet present code requirements. The work includes the removal and replacement of all the existing roofing assembly material down to the existing support deck or concrete deck and the installation of new roof assembly, roof scuppers and drains, rooftop mechanical equipment lifts, ductwork and all related work. Disconnection and reconnection of rooftop mechanical units, along with all other details and warranties are required

A non mandatory site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, September 03, 2025 at 9 am local time. Attendees shall submit the site visit confirmation form two (2) business day prior to the site visit date.
