Description

The City of North Vancouver (CNV) is requesting responses to this Request for roposal (RFP) for the operation of the City-owned commercial space known as Library Café - 120 West 14th Street. CNV is seeking an experienced operator that can operate the Café to serve Library patrons and activate the outdoor patio space as part of the vibrant City Plaza space.
