Description

ECSD is accepting proposals from bondable, qualified, and experienced general contracting companies to enter into an agreement for the provision general contracting services – small projects. The SOA will have an initial term of two (2) years, commencing on date of award, with two (2) possible one (1) year extension options, provided all obligations have been met as determined by ECSD. This SOA will not exceed four (4) years in total. ECSD shall, in its sole discretion, make the final determination of the acceptability and suitability of proposals submitted. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed. Individual work projects will vary between five-hundred dollars ($500.00) and seventy five thousand dollars, ($75,000.00) depending on the nature of the project. Work may also include regular maintenance and repair work orders.
