Description

The Library is seeking proposal from experienced and qualified proponents to recommend and supply audio/visual system equipment for a new Library Branch nearing completion in Masset, BC.

The Library is interested in a system which is simple to install and use whilst ensuring interoperability of any equipment both staff and patrons may have for Movie showing /Meeting Management /Video management tools & systems.

The completion date of the new build is scheduled for end of May 2025. Product that can be received as soon as possible so that onsite contractors can install is preferred.
