Description

The Town of Drayton Valley is requesting a Quotation from qualified individuals for the delivery of Real Estate Services for the municipality. The Town requires a dedicated Real Estate Agent for the purposes of selling Council approved Municipally owned land. This includes marketing, meeting with prospective buyers and reaching out to the development industry where appropriate and directed by the Municipality. This does not include acting as an agent for the town in the case of Land Purchase.
