The Municipality of the County of Richmond is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking the services of a qualified consultant to complete detailed Engineering for expansion of the Richmond Solid Waste Management Facility’s construction and demolition (C&D) disposal site as well as complete closure plans for the present C&D disposal site located at 634 Highway 206, West Arichat.
