Description

Supply Ontario (SO) is seeking responses to a Request for Bids (RFB) for Data Integration, Visualization and Analytics (DIVA) software products, on and off-premise.

The objective of this RFB is to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement with multiple vendors for provisioning of the Deliverables, as described in this RFB, to support day-to-day government operations. The Bidder must have the necessary infrastructure in place to serve and support all of Ontario.
Scope of Work
The planned VOR arrangement will be for the provision of commercial off-the-shelf software (COTS) for any or all of the ten (10) Capabilities outlined in the RFB.

The business analytic tools and data integration/quality tools will be acquired as government program enablers in support of data management, data research, performance reporting and evidence-based decision-making.

The scope also includes related services for each Product proposed:
• Maintenance & Technical Support
• Professional Services (Optional)
• Training Services (at least one type of training as listed in the RFB)
