Description

Between the OWNER and an organization contracted under this RFP (the “PREFABRICATED SCALE HOUSE PROVIDER”), whereby the PREFABRICATED SCALE HOUSE PROVIDER will design and supply to the GENERAL CONTRACTOR at the quoted price one (1) new prefabricated scale house, including foundation, servicing connections (water, sanitary, electrical) plus ancillary services and all associated components required for complete operation of the building.
