The City requests Proposals from qualified, and experienced consulting firms with proven team expertise in the following areas to deliver a Commercial Space Demand Study for the City of Coquitlam:

• Development Finance & Land Economics;
• Zoning Bylaw & Land Use Policy Planning;
• Regional Commercial Real Estate Market; and
• Labor Market & Macroeconomics.
