Amendment #1 (March 4, 2025)

As per section 3.2.2 - All New Information to Proponents by Way of Addenda, please be advised that the original copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) issued on March 3, 2025 has been replaced with a revised version. This updated RFP now supersedes the original version.

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission of New Brunswick ("WorkSafeNB") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for External Audit Services.

WorkSafeNB is seeking the services of a proponent to provide the Deliverables for the following, beginning for the year ended December 31, 2025:
- WorkSafeNB;
- WorkSafeNB's subsidiary investment holding company, WorkSafeNB Investments, Limited; and
- The Firefighters' Compensation Act Disability Fund.

This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, another authorized tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
