Description

Thorhild County is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to develop a Master Plan for Thorhild County Fire Services.
Thorhild County Emergency Services is aiming to develop a 10-year Master Plan, supporting high-level decision making and providing a framework for fire services based on the county's risk profile, resource needs, population, industry growth projections, and compliance with legislations, industry standards, and best practices. The Master Plan will inform department planning, establish service levels, and provide benchmarks for internal and regional monitoring and evaluation.
