Description

The Owner invites proposals through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified firms for the provision of providing Professional Landfill Consulting, Engineering & Water Monitoring Services. The TNRD is seeking a firm that can provide Services on an “as and when required” basis for the duration of a 5 year term, including but not limited to, planning, design, assessment, tender contract administration, engineering services for capital projects, operational and maintenance support all related to various landfill activities including sampling, monitoring, assessing and reporting of groundwater and surface water in the vicinity of two active and four closed TNRD solid waste landfills.
