La première année de la prolongation du contrat de 4 années était prévue dans le marché initialement négocié par BDC, via appel d’offres public, sur une portée de 10 ans, incluant les années d’option de renouvellement. La durée de la prolongation de contrat à l’extérieur du marché concurrentiel public est donc de 3 ans. BDC prévoit un retour en appel d’offres public durant la période de prolongation de contrat, pour une publication visée à l’hiver 2026.  Cette prolongation de contrat permettra de réaliser toutes les activités relatives à l’appel d’offres public et, le cas échéant, d’exécuter la transition vers le fournisseur sélectionné.

The first year of the 4-year contract extension was provided for in the contract originally negotiated by BDC, through a public call for tenders, over a 10-year period, including the renewal option years. The duration of the contract extension outside the competitive public market is therefore 3 years. BDC plans to reissue a public call for tenders during the contract extension period, for publication planned in winter 2026.  This contract extension will allow the completion of all activities related to the public call for tenders and, if applicable, the transition to the selected supplier.
