All prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory site visit scheduled for Monday, April 14, 2025 at 9:00am EST. The site visit will take place at Mental Health Services of Renfrew County, 425 Cecelia Street, Pembroke, ON, where participants will have the opportunity to inspect the premises, understand the scope of work, and ask any pertinent questions.

Proponents may enter through the sliding doors at Entrance B and proceed to the Main Office where they will be met by the RFP Coordinator.
